Job Description

What You'll Do:

  1. Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions, from intake meetings to sourcing, screenings, and offer negotiations.
  2. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively build talent pipelines through talent pooling, competitor analysis, and market mapping.
  3. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication, personalized interactions, and timely feedback.
  4. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and management, to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Monitor key performance metrics and use data to refine recruitment strategies.
  7. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
  8. Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-caliber talent.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software or technology industry.
  • Success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, especially for GTM roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience hiring across the APJMEA region.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
