Qualifications

  • Expérience de 2-4 ans en acquisition de talents ou recrutement, de préférence dans une entreprise de vente au détail ou une agence de marketing.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles en arabe et en anglais.

Job description

Alkaffary Group is seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing top talent that aligns with our organizational needs and culture. You will lead the full recruitment cycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to interviewing candidates and making offers. Your expertise in identifying potential talent and your strong interpersonal skills will be essential in building a talent pipeline and enhancing our employer brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide customized recruitment solutions
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain candidate data
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Promote Alkaffary Group as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and recruitment events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a retail company or a marketing/digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Prior experience in hiring for e-commerce, digital marketing, or content creation roles is highly preferred.
  • Has successfully led or supported recruitment for digital transformation, online sales, or performance marketing teams.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable, Recruitment Lite, or similar platforms to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, e-commerce, and operations departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Bonus: Experience hiring in fast-paced brands, startup environments, or agencies managing multiple client portfolios.
