The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruitment activities, ensuring a timely, cost-effective, and high-quality process in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities include assessing and recruiting for various roles, developing relationships with candidates and sources, managing the recruitment lifecycle—from posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to offer negotiations.

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Strong experience in hiring Information Technology roles.

Key Tasks:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Plan and conduct interviews, including screening calls and assessments.
  • Assess candidate resumes and contact details.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast hiring needs and budgets per department.
  • Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Attract passive talent via niche sites and social media.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Handle all recruitment stages, including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers.
  • Coordinate background checks and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain recruitment policies and participate in career fairs and professional events.
  • Implement retention practices and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and develop staffing plans.
  • Support onboarding through induction programs and orientation sessions.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Generate HR reports and statistics on recruitment activities.

Education:

  • Graduate/Master's degree in HR or related discipline.
  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields are mandatory.
