Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a TA role.
  • Experience ideally from the FMCG industry.
  • Strong adherence to TA processes and SOPs.

  • Execute the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

Execute Talent Acquisition (TA) agenda following the TA strategy and guidelines in alignment with Americana Foods’ overall strategy, business objectives and priorities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic:

  • Work with the TA Manager to deliver on all TA elements including entire cycle of recruitment (including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and partial onboarding),in the jurisdiction covered by the role.
  • Support with defining and delivering Employer Branding and early careers agenda; including establishing relationships with vocational institutions, university campuses, and other organizations that support with hiring of operational or commercial employees.

Operational:

  • Deliver on the TA philosophy in line with Americana’s business objectives.
  • Strong adherence to TA SOPs encompassing step by step procedures to be followed, tools and templates to be used, desired TAT for different roles / levels aligned to talent acquisition strategy.
  • Support with communicating and educating HRBPs and business teams regarding the talent acquisition SOP to drive uniformity across the division.
  • Identify and/or work closely with local and international manpower suppliers, depending on business requirements.
  • Monitor interactions with the Business Units to seek clarifications for requisitions raised and formulate sourcing plans considering varied factors including criticality of the position, availability of required skill set in job market, no. of positions to be filled, job level, and timelines.
  • Generating and Monitoring Progress Report for Fulfillment.

People:

  • Strong stakeholder management, including sharing advice, managing expectations, and ensuring strong adherence to process
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience across all levels

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’ Degree in Human Resources from a reputed University

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a TA role, ideally from the FMCG industry

Location:

  • Jeddah Industrial City.
