# Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition – Saudi Arabia

Purpose:
At adidas, we believe sports have the power to change lives. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and recruit top talent aligned with this vision. The role involves proactively sourcing candidates for all retail positions using various online tools, networks, and databases. You will coordinate the end-to-end retail recruitment process, continuously improving assessment methods for applicants. Additionally, you will partner with hiring managers to meet the organization’s evolving talent needs, ensuring the delivery of the best talent to drive retail success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from requisition approval to offer, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to attract diverse talent.
• Build strong relationships with HR and hiring managers.
• Create assessment centers for high-volume retail hiring.
• Utilize advertising resources and candidate databases to attract qualified applicants.
• Coach candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build proactive talent pipelines for retail and back-office roles.
• Support quarterly review meetings to evaluate recruiting performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Use recruitment systems effectively, ensuring data accuracy for reporting.
• Support employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and engagement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques and end-to-end recruitment at various levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Adaptability to change and a proactive, action-oriented approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
