# Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition – Saudi Arabia



Purpose:

We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and recruit the best talents in our company with this vision!
To proactively source and attract top talent, both active and inactive candidates, for all positions across Retail, by utilizing a variety of online tools, networks, databases, and relationships
To coordinate the end-to-end Retail recruitment process while continuously improving the assessment of both internal and external applicants.
To support the market’s growth by partnering with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving talent needs of the organization, ensuring the delivery of the best talent to drive success within the Retail division.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidates screening, interview strategy and offer process Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent. Build strong working relationships with HR and Hiring Managers. Development of assessment centres for high volume hiring for our retail division. Leverage relevant advertising resources to create awareness and attract qualified applications for key roles in Retail. Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions. Provides coaching and advice to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process. Work in close partnership with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to build proactive talent pipelines across retail and back office positions. Support the TA Team in planning and gathering information for quarterly review meetings with key customers that will provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward. Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes. Support additional back office recruitment initiatives as needed. Support the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and engagement efforts.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to set clear goals and deliver into key objectives. Action oriented and proactive approach to working with hiring managers and HR teams. End to end recruitment experience at a variety of levels. Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility. Proven ability to use behavioural interviewing techniques. Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making skills. Able to manage confidential and sensitive information and use appropriately. Advanced MS Office skills and experience in applicant tracking systems. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or similar Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, retail field hiring experience is preferred Fluent in English & Arabic Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Arabic with proven ability to take initiative Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs Has advanced experience in recruitment sourcing channels Has good organization & planning skills Continuous learning and development Has team spirit and eager to be a part of a global retail company
