Responsibilities
- Job Analysis and Posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating Assessments: Administer skills tests or assessments as required to evaluate candidates.
- Managing Candidate Experience: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
- Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and assist in onboarding processes.
- Tracking Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reporting.
- Building Relationships: Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to enhance sourcing efforts.
- Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to refine strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Exposure to global recruitment practices and experience of working within global organizations.
- Experience of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
