About the Role
- Provide exceptional Talent Acquisition support to assigned Service Lines, Projects, and the Tender Unit, prioritizing internal talent before sourcing external candidates.
- Ensure all hires meet target metrics outlined in the Service Level Agreement while aligning with Egis’s hiring goals.
- Prioritize the recruitment of Saudi nationals in line with Saudization targets and local labor regulations, aiming to exceed compliance with government requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and service line leaders to understand talent needs and offer strategic recruitment guidance.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for each requisition, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Lead job offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair compensation to secure top talent.
- Support staff retention by promoting internal mobility and identifying opportunities for existing employees.
- Maintain clear, timely, and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and professionalism at all stages.
- Work with the Tender Unit to provide qualified CVs at competitive rates for winning proposals.
- Engage with key stakeholders across projects or Service Lines to align talent acquisition strategies with broader objectives, including regular strategy sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date staffing data and provide detailed reports to project leadership and Service Lines for informed decision-making.
- Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review progress, discuss feedback, and take necessary actions.
- Establish continuous improvement protocols for the recruitment process, including periodic reviews and updates to policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
What We Need From You
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong work ethic.
- Team player mentality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
