Talent Acquisition Manager (IT Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong IT recruitment background to lead our hiring function. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud, Software Development, and other emerging technologies, and will play a pivotal role in aligning talent strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team across all departments.
2. Design and implement recruitment strategies with a strong focus on IT and technical roles.
3. Manage high-volume hiring while ensuring quality, speed, and a top-tier candidate experience.
4. Represent HR in client-facing meetings and strategic planning discussions.
5. Collaborate with business leaders and external partners to understand and fulfill workforce needs.
6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in areas such as Cybersecurity, IoT, Data Analytics, and Infrastructure.
7. Leverage recruitment analytics to drive continuous improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
9. Oversee vendor relationships including job portals, agencies, and university tie-ups.
10. Coach and mentor the recruitment team for performance and growth.

Qualifications

1. 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
2. Strong track record in managing high-volume, technical recruitment.
3. Hands-on experience with ATS tools and HR analytics platforms.
4. Proven ability in client engagement and stakeholder management.
5. Deep understanding of tech hiring across areas like Cybersecurity, IoT, AI, and Software Engineering.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Organized, data-driven, and performance-oriented.
