Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and ambition. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the local talent landscape, a passion for employer branding, and the ability to partner with leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously refine the recruitment strategy aligned with AZM's growth objectives and workforce planning.
  2. Full-Cycle Hiring: Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle from job scoping to sourcing, screening, selection, offers, and onboarding.
  3. Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
  4. Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to position AZM as a top employer in the tech and consulting sector, including social media presence, job fairs, and strategic partnerships.
  5. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for future workforce needs, especially for niche and high-impact roles.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with local and regional talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
  7. Systems and Metrics: Optimize our use of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, Zoho People), and develop KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and hiring velocity.
  8. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure hiring practices comply with Saudi labor laws and internal audit standards. Regularly report on hiring metrics and challenges to leadership.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
  • Proven success hiring for both technical (IT, digital) and non-technical roles in Saudi Arabia.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview methodologies, and recruitment analytics.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience with HR technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho People), and assessment tools.
