Job description

As the Talent Acquisition Lead for KSA, you will be responsible for overseeing the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with the Regional TA Lead to drive talent acquisition strategy in the Saudi Arabian market. Your role involves interfacing with KSA stakeholders to provide robust recruitment services, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to meet business objectives.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities :
  1. Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team in KSA, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  2. Work closely with the Regional TA Lead to align talent acquisition strategies with organisational goals.
  3. Interface with KSA stakeholders, understanding their recruitment needs and providing strategic support.
  4. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality candidates.
  5. Stay abreast of market trends and industry benchmarks to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding in the KSA market.
  7. Help develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness.
  8. Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labour laws and compliance requirements.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  10. Sourcing technical and specialized skill sets through innovative tools, proposing new solutions to attract top talents.
  11. Evaluate candidate competencies against requirements and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  12. Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  13. Develop and maintain talent pools for assigned positions/projects.
  14. Collaborate with mobilisation/visa and HR teams to ensure successful onboarding.
  15. Perform other responsibilities as required/assigned.
  16. Maintain market knowledge of industry dynamics, competitor pay rates, and recruitment trends.
  17. Collaborate across departments to identify the right hires.
  18. Develop innovative sourcing, outreach, and interviewing strategies.
  19. Analyze open positions, gather information, and make logical hiring decisions.
  20. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle diverse assignments.
  21. Use social media effectively to enhance recruitment branding.
  22. Ask questions at all business levels, internally and externally, demonstrating inquisitiveness.
  23. Demonstrate strong communication skills with decision-makers at all levels.
  24. Challenge deviations from the recruitment process confidently.
  25. Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
