A leading company in the consulting sector is looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to help shape its recruitment strategies and enhance employer branding. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering with leaders to meet talent needs. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in talent acquisition and familiarity with the local labor landscape, making significant contributions to AZM's ambitious growth objectives.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and ambition. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the local talent landscape, a passion for employer branding, and the ability to partner with leaders across the business.
Recruitment Strategy:
Design, implement, and continuously refine the recruitment strategy aligned with AZM’s growth objectives and workforce planning.
Full-Cycle Hiring:
Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle—from job scoping to sourcing, screening, selection, offers, and onboarding.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
Employer Branding:
Drive initiatives to position AZM as a top employer in the tech and consulting sector, including social media presence, job fairs, and strategic partnerships.
Talent Pipeline:
Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for future workforce needs, especially for niche and high-impact roles.
Market Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date with local and regional talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
Systems and Metrics:
Optimize our use of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, Zoho People), and develop KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and hiring velocity.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure hiring practices comply with Saudi labor laws and internal audit standards. Regularly report on hiring metrics and challenges to leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, at an international recruitment agency.
Proven success hiring for both technical (IT, digital) and non-technical roles in Saudi Arabia.
Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview methodologies, and recruitment analytics.
Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
Experience with HR technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho People), and assessment tools.
