Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our efforts in attracting, assessing, and onboarding early-career talent. This is a high-impact role focused on building talent pipelines, partnering with universities, and optimizing the hiring journey for fresh graduates and key commercial roles. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with strong recruitment experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • University & Employer Branding Partnerships
    • Build strong relationships with key universities to enhance Lucidya’s presence and employer brand among students and graduates.
    • Co-lead university visits and career events alongside the Director of People & Culture to present Lucidya as a preferred employer for young talent.
  • Graduate Hiring & Assessment Center
    • Design and manage recruitment for Lucidya’s 3-month Fresh Graduate Training Program.
    • Lead assessment center planning, candidate pipeline management, and recruitment day operations.
    • Develop and implement structured screening and selection processes tailored to graduate candidates.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
    • Collaborate with Sales, CX, Strategy & Performance, and Mawhub (third party Talent Partner) teams to identify recruitment needs, especially for Sales & Commercial job families.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination).
    • Partner with the People team to streamline and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Process Improvement & Metrics
    • Identify gaps in the current onboarding and recruitment processes, especially for junior roles, and recommend improvements.
    • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously optimize talent acquisition efforts.
Success Metrics (First 90–120 Days)
  • Successfully launch graduate recruitment initiatives in partnership with universities.
  • Present and promote Lucidya’s brand to key academic institutions and student bodies.
  • Develop a new graduate screening and assessment process that aligns with business goals.
  • Deliver quality hires at speed while ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner with the People team to address and improve onboarding for new graduate hires.
Key Challenges
  • Attracting top talent in a competitive market, especially when competing against large corporate employers.
  • Building Lucidya’s employer brand in public vs. private sector talent pools.
  • Adapting recruitment strategies to a fast-changing, startup-style environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Saudi National – This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on bulk/graduate hiring.
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for junior-level and volume hiring.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Onsite availability – This role requires physical presence to manage recruitment events and liaise with partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in startups, tech, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Background in working with HR analytics or data-driven hiring practices.
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Passion for developing young talent and shaping future leaders.
  • Agility in handling shifting priorities and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to represent Lucidya at public forums and universities.
