Role Responsibilities

1. Candidate Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups, ensuring efficient communication between candidates and recruiting teams.
2. Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
3. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
4. External Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback at different stages of the recruitment process.
5. Support Recruitment Events: Assist in the organization and execution of career fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer branding.

Key Skills and Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
3. Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS tools is preferred.
