This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Role Responsibilities
  1. Candidate Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups, ensuring efficient communication between candidates and recruiting teams.
  2. Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  3. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  4. External Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback at different stages of the recruitment process.
  5. Support Recruitment Events: Assist in the organization and execution of career fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer branding.
