Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and lead human capital, management consultancy projects and programs.
  • Study the results of analysis of the gathered data by researching through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
  • Ensure the best understanding of the client needs and project scope.
  • Monitor the project or program team in the right direction according to project scope.
  • Provide the project and portfolio management continuously with progress reports.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to the clients to improve practices and resolve issues.
  • Recommend solutions and advice to the advisory team.
  • Formulate strategic and practical plans to address project matters.
  • Assist in training and management of advisory and projects team.
  • Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
  • Monitor project timelines and governance models.
  • Assist in the development and integration of policies.
  • Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and best practices.
  • Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.
  • Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.
  • Review all project deliverables and give feedback to achieve development and standardization.
  • Develop strategies and client-specific models.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of all project phases.
  • Ensure that the operations and activities of the projects are efficient and in the best interest of company goals.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new employees.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology.
  • Help the company shape and create planned ideas, new business lines, or new models.
  • Responsible for delivering all deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings for reviewing with the project team.
  • Attend meetings with clients to ensure achievement of consulting milestones.
  • Conduct sprint meetings before any phase.
  • Design the framework and model for each consulting phase.
  • Build and boost relationships with clients.
  • Qualify project outcomes and evaluate deliverables before submission dates.
  • Support business solutions if needed by advising in methodologies crafting.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role, with a strong track record of successful hires.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and the hiring process.
  • Proven experience as an HR consultant.
  • Client interaction.
