About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Recruiter. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce by identifying and bringing in talented individuals who are aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sourcing and recruitment of top-tier School Leads, Facilitators, and Teachers to power Noon’s KSA growth, with a focus on high-demand courses like Qudurat, Tahseeli, and English.
  • Design and execute high-volume, multi-channel recruitment strategies across job boards, social platforms, referral networks, and local educational ecosystems.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Operations and academic leadership to understand hiring priorities and ensure hiring velocity aligns with supply forecasts.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding—ensuring a high-quality experience that reflects Noon’s brand.
  • Build and continuously strengthen a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current needs and future scale-ups, especially around national exam seasonality and regional program launches.
  • Own reporting and analytics on hiring funnel performance, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, surfacing blockers and proposing process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience recruiting educators or operational talent in high-growth, fast-paced environments—experience in edtech or education in KSA is a strong plus.
  • Deep familiarity with sourcing tools and systems (ATS, CRM), and a proactive, data-driven approach to funnel optimization.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with cultural fluency and the ability to engage candidates across KSA’s diverse regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a solutions-first mindset; you can align quickly with hiring managers and deliver against ambitious targets.
  • Passion for education, equity, and enabling access—aligned with Noon Academy’s mission.
