Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy to attract top talent across various functions. In order to comprehend their hiring requirements, create successful recruiting strategies, and guarantee a seamless and effective hiring process, the role requires collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leadership. Building a high-performing team and advancing the organization&aposs growth goals will require your proficiency in talent acquisition, market trends, and applicant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Create and put into action talent acquisition initiatives to fulfill the recruiting requirements of the company. Work together with hiring managers and senior leaders to comprehend job requirements and develop focused recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing: Employ a range of sourcing methods, including as industry collaborations, social media, networking events, and job boards, to find and draw in top talent. To create a robust talent pipeline, use creative sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Management: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. Provide a high-touch candidate experience and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: To anticipate hiring needs and offer insights on market trends, salary standards, and talent availability, collaborate with hiring managers and senior management. Provide advice on methods and best practices for hiring.
  • Recruitment Metrics: To evaluate the success of hiring practices and pinpoint areas in need of development, track and examine recruitment metrics. Create and deliver reports on candidate pipelines, recruiting progress, and other KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Employer Branding & Process Improvement: Participate in the creation and marketing of the employer brand for the business. Promote the company&aposs culture and principles to draw applicants who share the goals and objectives of the business. To guarantee effectiveness and productivity, continuously assess and improve hiring procedures. Use best practices and resources to optimize processes and enhance the applicant experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a successful record of recruiting for a variety of roles and levels (High Volume). Experience in a civil engineering consultancy as an advisor or consultant is a must.
  • Extensive exposure to recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
