Role

BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements for providing equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia. We maintain Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel in the safe operation of their aircraft, equipment, and weapons. This role requires expertise in:

Tactics and Weapons Instructor Skills

• Providing air and ground instruction to RSAF Tornado IDS crew at all levels.
• Developing, operating, and maintaining the IDS Weapons Instructor course syllabus with RFWS and Tornado IDS specialist expertise.
• Supervising all BAE activities related to RFWS.

Tornado Instructor Pilot Skills and Qualifications

• Graduates of a National Fighter Weapons Instructor course.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Weapons Instructor.
• Recent operational experience on fast-jet aircraft, with current qualification on the Tornado IDS.
