Job Purpose

Analyze user requirements, existing procedures, and system challenges. Streamline and enhance systems by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement. Optimize processes, ensure efficiency, and align technology solutions with needs. Contribute directly to the overall effectiveness of systems, fostering a seamless and productive operational environment.

Key Accountability Areas
Systems Development and Maintenance:
  • Conduct testing, maintenance, and monitoring of systems.
  • Coordinate the deployment of systems.
Documentation and Procedure Development:
  • Develop, document, and refine system design procedures, test protocols, and quality standards.
  • Create comprehensive documentation to serve as references.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Engage with internal clients to understand information processing or computational needs.
  • Define application problems by assessing procedures and processes in consultation with clients.
Management Consultation and Agreement:
  • Collaborate with management to ensure consensus on system principles.
Workflow Analysis:
  • Illustrate and define workflow processes.
Mission Accomplishment:
  • Achieve information systems and organizational missions by delivering necessary results.
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
  • Train subordinates and build an effective team.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately.
