Your Future Role

The full‑time onsite System Migration Manager will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate system engineering studies and lead both On‑Shore and Off‑Shore teams during the migration phase. You’ll work closely with client representatives, partners, sub‑systems and third‑party stakeholders to define the migration strategy and ensure smooth integration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure coordination and execution of system engineering studies for the migration phase.
• Lead On‑Shore and Off‑Shore engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
• Act as the primary interface on site with the client, partners, sub‑systems and third parties regarding the transport system migration.
• Define and manage technical requirements for the migration phase.
• Support risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to system migration.
• Drive alignment between project stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards throughout the migration.
• Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams to address technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of system migration processes in transportation or similar industries.
