Key Responsibilities:

1. Azure Administration: Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
2. Office 365 Management: Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
3. Hyper-V Virtualization: Deploy, manage, and optimize Hyper-V environments to ensure seamless operations.
4. Citrix Administration: Support and manage Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
5. Active Directory & Group Policy Management: Maintain and administer AD users, computers, and group policies to ensure security and compliance.
6. Backup & Restoration: Implement and manage backup strategies, ensuring data integrity and rapid recovery in case of failures.
7. Patching & Updates: Monitor, schedule, and apply patches to servers, endpoints, and applications to ensure security and stability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization and Citrix environments.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Management, and Windows Server administration.
• Proven experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Expertise in patch management and update deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Citrix Certified (CCP-V or CCA-V)
