Job summary

Job description

Review and evaluate various applicant types including high school, transfer, bridging, and double major applications.

  • Assess and submit decisions for bridging, transfer, double major, and international curriculum applicants.

  • Upload evaluation outcomes and comments, and initiate interviews or English language tests as needed.

  • Notify applicants of missing documents or further steps required to complete their application.

  • Communicate admission instructions to approved candidates, including those under programs such as Daeem, Tamooh, and Tamkeen.

  • Visa Coordination:
    • Prepare and issue provisional acceptance letters for visa applicants.

    • Track and follow up on visa applications to ensure timely processing.

    • Guide applicants through the visa process and subsequent admission steps.

    Academic Acceleration Program Support:
    • Verify applicant eligibility for the academic acceleration program.

    • Conduct and evaluate English language assessments.

    • Coordinate with departments to arrange program logistics and communicate program details to eligible candidates.

    Saudi Study Visa Platform Oversight:
    • Monitor and review study visa applications on the government platform.

    • Approve qualifying applications and ensure they meet institutional and regulatory standards.

    • Facilitate applicant transitions from the government portal to the college s registration system.

    • Oversee visa documentation and provide consistent applicant support.

    Student Information System (SIS) Management:
    • Manage applicant types, student statuses (e.g., Withdrawn, No Show, Hold, Graduate), and reactivation processes within SIS.

    • Coordinate new student self-enrollment and ID card issuance.

    • Process student record amendments, provide statistical reports, and manage account access (block/unblock).

    • Ensure proper recording of status updates for diploma completions and graduations.

    Admissions Support for Special Programs:
    • Coordinate admissions and completions for diploma and residency programs.

    • Handle transitions between scholarship and cash programs based on academic standing.

    Data Auditing & Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular audits of application data and attached documentation.

    • Verify eligibility and compliance for academic discounts, Forsan scholarships, and program-based transitions.

    • Ensure accurate academic level and major upgrades based on student progress.

    New Admissions Criteria & Personal Record Updates:
    • Maintain and update new admission criteria and ensure all eligibility conditions are met.

    • Update graduate personal information in the system.

    • Upload clearance documents and initiate certificate issuance through the ODOO platform.


    Requirements
    • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in student services, admissions, or registration systems.
    • Strong familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), preferably in higher education.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative platforms such as ODOO or equivalent.
