Key Responsibilities
Office 365 & Exchange
Administer Office 365 tenant: licensing, security, compliance, and user management
Deploy and support Exchange environments (on premises and online hybrid)
Migrate mailboxes between on premises Exchange and Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams & Phone System
Configure and manage Microsoft Teams collaboration features
Implement and maintain Teams Phone System (Direct Routing, Calling Plans, voice routing policies)
Troubleshoot voice quality, call routing, and integration with SBCs
Active Directory & Identity Services
Administer on premises Active Directory: user/computer accounts, GPOs, OU design
Implement and support Azure AD Connect, conditional access, and hybrid identity
Manage DNS and DHCP services for internal networks
Certificate Authority & PKI
Deploy and maintain Microsoft Certificate Authority (AD CS)
Issue and manage digital certificates for servers, devices, and applications
Automate certificate enrollment and renewal processes
Network & Infrastructure Basics
Support core network services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and availability
Collaborate on network design, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing
Security & Compliance
Implement security best practices: MFA, Conditional Access, Security Center
Assist with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, or other compliance requirements
Apply patches, updates, and configuration hardening
Documentation & Support
Create and maintain system architecture diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs
Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated incidents and service requests
Conduct knowledge transfers and training for junior staff and clients
Qualifications
Experience: 4 5 years in a Microsoft centric system administration role
Certifications (preferred):
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
MCSA: Windows Server
Technical Skills:
Office 365 tenant administration, Exchange on premises & Online
Microsoft Teams & Teams Phone System
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Microsoft Certificate Services (AD CS)
Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and Azure infrastructure
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong written and verbal communication (English and Arabic)
Client focused, proactive, and team oriented
