Job DescriptionReporting to the Assistant Swiss Service Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing prompt responses to guest concerns and ensuring follow-up within the specified time.
- Collaborating with departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Working independently, making decisions in the best interest of guests.
- Assisting colleagues across departments to ensure attention to detail in guest issues.
- Handling wake-up calls, hotel fax, emergency calls, and coordinating with the hotel doctor 24/7.
QualificationsApplicants should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Previous experience as a Telephone Operator is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibility, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Focus on guest needs, maintaining calmness and courtesy at all times.
Additional information includes prior experience with Opera or similar systems and fluency in English.
