Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Swiss Service Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing prompt responses to guest concerns and ensuring follow-up within the specified time.
  • Collaborating with departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
  • Promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
  • Working independently, making decisions in the best interest of guests.
  • Assisting colleagues across departments to ensure attention to detail in guest issues.
  • Handling wake-up calls, hotel fax, emergency calls, and coordinating with the hotel doctor 24/7.
Qualifications

Applicants should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Previous experience as a Telephone Operator is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibility, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Focus on guest needs, maintaining calmness and courtesy at all times.
Additional information includes prior experience with Opera or similar systems and fluency in English.
