MRG Global is excited to represent our client, a real estate development project with offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are conducting a confidential search for an exceptional leader to join our client as SVP, Asset Management.
The Role:
As the SVP, Asset Management, you will lead the financial and operational performance of all assets. Reporting directly to the ultimate leader of the organisation, you will require an entrepreneurial mindset, agility in managing short-term objectives, and a strategic focus on long-term goals. This role involves overseeing the entire asset lifecycle, from inception and development to optimization and management.

We are seeking candidates at the pinnacle of their careers within the real estate industry, from a leading, globally recognised organisation. You will come with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in asset management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role overseeing large-scale mixed-use projects.
A proven track record in managing diverse asset portfolios and driving performance improvement is essential. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling skills are required, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and experience navigating complex regulatory environments are also crucial.
