Job Description

SVP, Asset Management

Location: Riyadh, KSA

The Role:

As the SVP, Asset Management, you will lead the financial and operational performance of all assets. Reporting directly to the ultimate leader of the organisation, you will require an entrepreneurial mindset, agility in managing short-term objectives, and a strategic focus on long-term goals. This role involves overseeing the entire asset lifecycle, from inception and development to optimization and management.

Key Responsibilities:

You will develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with our client's vision. Your role will include driving asset performance for maximum profitability and collaborating with stakeholders across the company. You will foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, leading a multidisciplinary team, providing mentorship and support to maximize team potential.

You will oversee asset performance, administration, and operations, ensuring seamless transitions from development to operations. Financial management will be a key focus, as you will manage budgets and drive revenue generation through strategic initiatives. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will represent our client in external forums and industry events.

You will also be responsible for developing risk mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and industry standards. Robust reporting mechanisms will be implemented to ensure transparency and accountability. Additionally, you will design and implement effective policies and governance frameworks, overseeing compliance and continuously refining policies.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates at the pinnacle of their careers within the real estate industry, from a leading, globally recognised organisation. You will come with a bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in asset management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role overseeing large-scale mixed-use projects.

A proven track record in managing diverse asset portfolios and driving performance improvement is essential. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling skills are required, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and experience navigating complex regulatory environments are also crucial.
