Job Opportunity: Equipment Operator

Job Duties

1. Perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for jobs under supervision.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed.
3. Operate service equipment safely, including DME, high-pressure pumps, and/or blenders, according to customer job design and KPIs.
4. Perform necessary calculations at the well site.
5. Collect and distribute data related to jobs.
6. Coordinate equipment cleanup, repair, and preparation for subsequent jobs.
7. Utilize competency processes to enhance skills and job performance.
8. Maintain knowledge of HMS and HSE standards, promoting safety and environmental awareness.
9. Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills are developed through at least six months of experience and completion of required competencies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
