Job Duties

1. Under direct supervision, perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for a job.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed.
3. Responsible for the safe operation of service equipment, including but not limited to DME, high-pressure pumps, and/or blenders during service delivery, in accordance with customer job design and KPIs.
4. Perform necessary calculations at the well site as needed.
5. Collect and distribute data related to jobs as needed.
6. Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
7. Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
8. Be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards.
9. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
10. Contribute to quality and continuous improvement processes.
11. Understand that errors can have measurable consequences and can be confined.
12. Acquire skills through at least six months of experience and completion of required competencies at the current and next levels.
13. Require a high school diploma or equivalent.
