You will act as a key representative for our client, ensuring projects adhere to the highest sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of sustainability strategies throughout the project lifecycle, from design to construction.
• Represent our client in all sustainability-related matters, fostering collaboration and communication with project stakeholders.
• Develop and manage sustainability documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Coordinate on-site sustainability activities, including monitoring construction practices and verifying sustainable material usage.
• Provide expert guidance on sustainable design and construction practices, promoting innovation and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to track progress towards sustainability goals and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of the project.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sustainability practices, technologies, and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on sustainability performance, highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Contribute to the development of sustainability policies and procedures for the organization.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and promote a culture of environmental responsibility within the project team.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, Sustainability).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability management within the construction industry.
• LEED AP accreditation is required.
• Mostadam AP accreditation is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in design and construction stage sustainability practices.
• Strong understanding of sustainability documentation requirements and on-site coordination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate project teams to embrace sustainable practices.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
