JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Sustainability Construction Manager for the exciting Stadium Masterplan Project. This position is an expression of interest (EOI) aimed at innovative professionals who are committed to integrating sustainability practices into construction management. The Sustainability Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction activities align with JASARA's sustainability goals, thereby contributing to the overall success of the project while minimizing environmental impacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable construction practices for the Stadium Masterplan Project
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure sustainability is embedded in all phases of construction
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with sustainability guidelines and regulations
• Conduct assessments and audits to identify potential areas for enhancing sustainability
• Lead training and awareness programs for project teams on sustainable practices
• Prepare sustainability reports and performance metrics for project evaluation
• Advocate for the use of sustainable materials and technologies throughout the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management with a focus on sustainability
• In-depth understanding of sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience in implementing sustainability initiatives in large-scale stadium construction projects
