Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Sustainability Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing project governance to ensure consistency and compliance with the approved processes (Integrated Development Process, Design Management).


We envisage success in this role to include:

  1. Supervise the development and the approval of the policies and procedures related to sustainability and secure approval from related departments.
  2. Track and report the progress of different projects at various stages (Studies, Design & Construction).
  3. Develop and maintain a sustainability dashboard.
  4. Identify, manage, and communicate with all sustainability internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
  5. Aggregate estimated project costs to develop the sustainability department budget, reporting costs through the project lifecycle.
  6. Manage sustainability project documents, ensuring they are created, shared, organized, stored, and retrieved efficiently.
  7. Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, budget & other key elements, ensuring that all changes are evaluated, approved, and implemented successfully.
  8. Identify, assess & control potential risks that could impact the objectives of the sustainability projects.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8+ years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor’s Degree. A Master's is preferred. Membership in an associated professional body is required. Qualifications such as LEED AP, PSP, PMP, Mostadem, WELL, and advanced Power BI are advantageous.
