Qualifications:
Diploma, ITI, 12th or 10th in a related field
Handyman skills and relevant technical background
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in FM Gulf with FM service Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Experience in snagging/desnagging, high-rise buildings, malls, hospitals, banks
Sector experience in the Middle East or overseas countries
Age Range: 25-45 years
Skills & Requirements:
Multi-skilled in Asset Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systems
Proficient in MS Office (Excel), reporting, and site monitoring
Knowledge of survey processes, snagging reports, and submission procedures
Medical, Accommodation, and Transport provided by the company
Language & Experience:
Must speak Arabic; English knowledge is a plus
FM site experience is essential
Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys related to plumbing systems and assets
Perform snagging and desnagging activities
Monitor and document system status and asset conditions
Prepare and submit survey and snagging reports
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
