RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Providing administrative support to team members and managers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assisting in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Helping to coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including organizing meeting rooms and preparing materials.
- Assisting customers or clients by answering questions, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas of the office are well-stocked and operational.
- Handling requests for office supplies, ensuring inventory is monitored and restored as needed.
- Helping to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in day-to-day operations.
- Providing support during team projects, contributing to achieving departmental and organizational goals.
- Performing other general administrative tasks assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or coursework in office administration is a plus).
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred but not required.
- Computer Literacy MS Office is a must (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
