Responsibilities
- Monitor Supply training standards, policies, and procedures and ensure they are implemented correctly at the RSAF Bases.
- Evaluate training manuals and training provided to RSAF personnel and prepare evaluation reports for the DoTC.
- Participate in the distribution of supply specialist manning for TSI graduates in accordance with the priorities and needs of the supply units upon the authorized Unit Manning Document (UMD) and its future plan.
- Manage and control supply technical crew assignments, attachments, and transfers.
- Participate in the management and control of Logistics Technical Crew training contracts with DAT, HQ Logistic Directorates, and other concerned organizations.
- Identify training needs and deficiencies within the RSAF training programs and develop solutions.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and task management of the RSAF HQ Supply Training Team employed within the RSAF HQ Logistics Section.
- Act as the Supply Training Specialist's focal point for queries on the Supply Training Management for all RSAF Bases Logistics procedures from other departments or organizations.
- Formulate and develop Supply & Logistics Training plans, programs, and policies as required.
- Review Supply Training Program performance against set objectives and provide reports and recommendations on all evaluated areas.
- Prepare and analyze RSAF Supply & Logistics Training reports, presentations, and correspondence, often to meet tight deadlines.
- Provide assistance to RSAF logistics projects as required.
- Assist in the completion of training programs and prepare a training roadmap for the future.
- Evaluate all activities for Supply & Logistics in accordance with the relevant RSAF4-7167-1, GOLDesp Solution, ensuring all Logistics processes are developed, approved, and implemented in accordance with RSAF authorization and objectives.
- Attend meetings and provide administrative support as required by his CMS managers, Senior RSAF Branch Officer.
- Manage and coordinate BAE Systems staff to undertake required roles to support the RSAF.
- Perform any other duties as required by the customer.
Job Requirements
ESSENTIAL:
- Must have at least 18 years of practical experience in Supply.
- Preferably a Supply or Senior Enlisted with Skill level 7 in Supply AFSC 332x1.
- If civilian, must have a College Degree and Skill level 7 in Supply AFSC 332x1 or equivalent experience of 18+ years in RSAF Supply across Depots, Bases, and HQ RSAF.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
- Comprehensive understanding of RSAF 4-7167-1 policies and procedures.
- Excellent man management skills.
- Current knowledge of material management and supply procedures including receipt & issuing, warehouse management, inventory, stock control, and accounting.
- Ability to work in a multi-national environment, aware of cultural, ethnic, and religious differences.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience working at RSAF Depot Supply, Bases, and HQ.
- Expertise in Supply Training according to RSAF Training Manuals 105-8 and 105-30A&B.
