Responsibilities
- Manage in-market Demand Planning, support IBP, facilitate consensus demand meetings, and review forecasts for new products with Finance and Commercial teams.
- Upload monthly forecasts into planning systems (Anaplan/OMP) for 36 months.
- Oversee Supply Network Planning, monitor demand coverage, and communicate upstream to prevent stockouts, ensuring inventory aligns with market needs.
- Manage shelf-life and artwork planning in OMP-SNP per customer/country.
- Upload sales, inventory, and movement data from distributors into OMP-DP/SNP monthly.
- Create weekly ex-source plans from OMP-SNP and coordinate with finance and commercial teams.
- Provide insights on customer locations with low coverage in OMP-SNP.
- Monitor distributor stock levels to optimize inventory management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to propose and validate private market orders.
- Handle end-to-end order processing from forecasts to invoicing, ensuring SAP sales order accuracy and interfacing with local systems.
- Identify and escalate order errors, ensure SOX compliance, and issue invoices timely.
- Coordinate production timelines and shipments with Supply Network Planners.
- Ensure proper documentation and legalizations for shipments, complying with customs regulations.
- Recommend transportation methods balancing cost and customer service.
- Manage tender orders, contracts, and special orders like free goods.
- Participate in demand planning meetings, drive supply chain actions for new product launches, and regional projects.
- Ensure proper volumes, shelf life, and customer approvals for shipments.
- Follow up on documentation like LONO and re-export letters for controlled products.
Tender Management
- Forecast tender volumes accurately on Anaplan/OMP-DP.
- Coordinate with tender, commercial, and key accounts to fulfill purchase orders from government awards.
- Manage stock delivery exceptions and liaise with regulatory and private stakeholders.
- Update master data on iTender and release contracts to SAP-Galaxy.
Performance Measures
Contribute to the Global D&IM Scorecard (MAPE/BIAS, OTIF, COR), participate in IBP demand reviews, and ensure timely order processing and delivery updates.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant supply chain experience.
- Detail-oriented with high standards of performance.
- Proven track record of achievements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
