Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Oversee day-to-day supply chain logistics.
2. Streamline processes for order processing, procurement, and demand fulfillment to increase productivity and meet customer expectations.
3. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contracts, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
4. Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and reduce stockouts or overstocks.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotions or events.
6. Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including arranging shipments, managing freight costs, and tracking delivery schedules.
7. Work closely with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize delivery routes and transit times.
8. Report all KPIs through WM system and other available tools to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
9. Manage material reallocation to decrease traveling distance and enhance the picking process.
10. Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain process and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency, warehouse capacity utilization, and reduce costs.
11. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
12. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.

Education and Experience

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Specialist or similar role, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes.
