About the Role:
To lead the governance, performance tracking, and optimization of supply chain and procurement-related projects. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional initiatives and provide project management oversight for sourcing, contracting, and supply chain transformation efforts within major capital and infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and manage the PMO framework for supply chain and procurement functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational delivery.
· Monitor, report, and optimize project performance across sourcing, tendering, vendor management, contract lifecycle, and logistics workflows.
· Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams across procurement, legal, operations, finance, and engineering.
· Lead tendering and procurement project planning, including scope definition, timeline setting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
· Design and implement standardized reporting tools, KPIs, dashboards, and templates to ensure transparency and executive visibility.
· Oversee budget planning and cost control across supply chain initiatives and procurement portfolios.
· Support the digital transformation of supply chain functions, including systems implementation and process automation.
· Train and guide procurement and project teams in PMO best practices, ensuring consistent methodologies are applied.
· Identify performance gaps and lead continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain lifecycle.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in engineering management (Project Management & Technology/Entrepreneurship focus)
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering
· At least 15 years of progressive experience in project management, tendering, procurement, and supply chain operations.
