Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics management. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written) and capable of joining immediately. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing supply chain strategies
2. Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
3. Coordinating logistics and transportation
4. Analyzing supply chain data and performance
5. Monitoring and improving supply chain performance metrics
6. Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
7. Controlling manufacturing and delivery processes
8. Planning and implementing logistical strategies
9. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
10. Overseeing distribution processes
11. Obtaining the best prices for raw materials and forecasting demand
12. Administering product distribution and transportation
13. Establishing key indicators for supply chain control
14. Planning logistics strategies and monitoring inventory
15. Identifying trends and leading technological advancements
16. Collaborating with other departments for operational optimization
17. Overseeing order fulfillment activities
18. Working with 3PL providers and utilizing WMS software
19. Tracking inventory levels and preventing stock issues
20. Developing SOPs for inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment
21. Preventing inventory shrinkage and occupational hazards
22. Optimizing procurement and vendor relationships
23. Managing a team of staff across various functions
24. Overseeing procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics
25. Negotiating contracts with suppliers
26. Identifying process improvement opportunities
27. Ensuring compliance with regulations
28. Leading and mentoring staff
29. Managing supply chain risks and disruptions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
