Join a forward-thinking technology company shaping the future of workstations and commercial hardware solutions. We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Manager for our client\'s growing team.

The Supply Chain Manager position is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness from procurement to delivery. The position will liaise with various departments to optimize the supply chain and support the company\'s growth and innovation in the consumer and commercial product lines.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Optimization
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with product launch timelines and scalability goals for gaming hardware.
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to forecast demand accurately and plan inventory levels.
Vendor Management and Procurement
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts with global suppliers for components (e.g., semiconductors, plastics) and oversee relationships with OEMs/ODMs.
  • Mitigate risks (e.g., chip shortages, geopolitical disruptions) through diversified sourcing and inventory policies.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery times to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Identify new vendors and alternative materials to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
Logistics and Distribution
  • Oversee the logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to streamline operations and minimize lead times.
  • Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Design efficient distribution networks for retail and e-commerce channels, including reverse logistics for returns/repairs.
  • Implement tools like WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems) to track inventory and shipments.
Risk Management and Compliance
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including environmental and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes to maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align supply chain capabilities with market trends and customer needs.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive approach to product launches and campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on supply chain analysis and market research.
Technology Integration
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven demand forecasting, ERP systems (e.g., SAP SCM), and automation (e.g., robotics in warehouses).
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy supply chain visibility platforms for real-time tracking.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration and inclusivity, aligning with the company\'s core values.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement professional development programs for supply chain team.
Qualifications
  • B.A. in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration; certifications like CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or MCIPS are advantageous.
  • MBA is a plus.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge
  • 10+ years in supply chain leadership, preferably in gaming hardware, consumer electronics, or aerospace/defense (similar high-tech sectors).
  • Proven track record in NPI (New Product Introduction) launches and scaling production.
  • Prior experience in overseeing the procurement function.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction strategies.
  • Proficiency in SCM software (e.g., Oodo, Oracle SCM, Logility).
