Job Overview: Lead the Supply Chain Finance agenda for the Foods business and driving a significant commodity & opex productivity agenda. Ownership of COGS (agro, MOH), opex line items and capex. Drive financial analysis of cost transformation opportunities (e.g., optimization of GTM, warehouse footprint, etc.). Productivity to double vs. 2024 and this is a key role to drive agenda. Lead monthly forecast / actualization and AOP process
Drive Supply Chain (SC) Productivity in partnership with cross-functional teams on Operating Expenses (Opex) costs
Work with Global Procurement (GP) to understand drivers for commodity cost, commodity inflation and commodity productivity
Work with Agro leader regarding potato planning, availability at optimum cost and productivity initiatives
Monitor cost of materials write-offs and work on actions to minimize losses
Ensure delivery of AOP for cost lines (Commodity, MOH, Agro, Move)o Drive BU productivity agenda for commodity and opex productivity (baseline & transformation)
Partner with SC Productivity Lead in conducting productivity councils
Deep dive on cost structure and preparing analysis by dimensions to provide insights and areas of opportunities
Give finance point of view on all SC productivity transformation initiatives
Manage transformation/restructuring projects driving productivity (incl. financial case build up and presentation to Sector and all stakeholders)
Support GM/ CFO on long term strategy on analysis for driving cost effective model
Manage cost optimization through detailed CTS analysis by location / channel for Saudi & UAE (North Star)
Value Realisation for all projects and updating Power Steering management
Preparing and tracking project cost and benefit analysis and presenting to Management / Sector
Ideation and Value Stream Mapping session using LSS approach on key process to drive transformation and process enhancement agenda and Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address.
Proving support to business in implementation and execution of all Transformation projects.o Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development for key cost lines
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Agriculture (Agro) and various plants in the BU
Work with Logistics, Distribution Transport leads (LD&T) of KSA, UAE and Export countries in delivering AOP for Move costs
Lead total people cost agenda across make, move, sell and G&A
Work with COE in development of Annual Operating Plan build up process for COGS and Move costso Review SC performance management reports generated by Centre of Excellence (COE) on COGS and Move costs on monthly basiso Provide insights/ analysis to drive decision making, based on reports generated by COEo Partner with Supply chain team and COE to develop accurate monthly rolling forecasto Identify process improvements and interventions to achieve process simplification, better controls, process standardisationo Lead CapEx agenda covering BU and Global managed spend to drive capital allocation across BUo Develop Supply Chain Finance Organization capability and efficiency by sponsoring and supporting analytics-based insights
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain finance, cost management, or financial transformation roles.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, cost accounting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP,).
Strong analytical skills with experience in cost optimization and aligning financial strategies with supply chain operations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
