Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage all documents required for import and shipping operations.
  • Coordinate with customs clearance agents to ensure timely release of shipments.
  • Liaise with relevant government entities (e.g., ZATCA, Ministry of Commerce) to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to Saudi import and customs regulations.
  • Follow up on government fees and tax payments related to import operations.
  • Resolve any delays or issues related to customs or regulatory procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and documentation.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in import and customs clearance, preferably within the medical sector.
  • Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, government platforms, and related e-systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Flexibility and capacity to work under pressure.
Working Conditions:
  • Workdays: Saturday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Work Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
