Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Consultant to oversee all supply chain systems within the scope of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions by analyzing system requirements and developing service applications that align with relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze issues and propose solutions, preparing them in a testing environment, and migrating to the production environment upon approval from authorized personnel.
2. Actively participate in all phases of the implementation cycle, including gathering and analyzing requirements, system design, development, testing, and execution.
3. Align technical solutions with organizational strategies and work closely with relevant departments and senior management in their areas of expertise.
4. Continuously update and document workflow procedures based on proposed solutions to meet business requirements.
5. Implement best practices in supply chain management by activating all system services that can benefit the business while minimizing changes to the system.
6. Review, enhance, and develop current workflows while assisting business users in mapping procedures and simplifying/re-engineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules using a unified implementation methodology, including developing and publishing report specifications.
7. Review modifications made to the system, striving to avoid them and correct them using the system's core procedures as much as possible.
8. Provide and update user manuals for all workflow procedures and offer training for end-users when necessary.
9. Transfer knowledge to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team within the Health Affairs of the National Guard.
10. Analyze and implement proposed solutions for new workflow procedures and execute the system for new business units.
11. Manage, develop, integrate, and implement related application components, including front-end development, server-side development, and database integration.
12. Assist in reviewing requests, identifying needs for the development or modification of current application implementations.
13. Work on electronic integration projects with internal systems and external entities, determining the mechanism and requirements for connection in coordination with the technical team.
14. Provide technical and functional consulting related to supply chain management on the Oracle system.
