ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco. Inheriting DHL’s logistics excellence and Saudi Aramco’s extensive supply chain ecosystem, we are here to set a new benchmark and redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape, enabling growth.

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

The Supplier Management Analyst primary responsibility is to manage and enhance supplier relationships, execute supplier assessments, and support the implementation of procurement strategies within his/her designated category. The role holder will play a critical role in ensuring supplier performance improvements and supply chain efficiency.

General Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as a liaison between ASMO and its suppliers to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Collaborate with commodity technical experts to conduct supplier assessments based on technical specifications, quality requirements, and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with suppliers to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to enhance their performance, including quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support supplier development initiatives to ensure that suppliers meet ASMO's standards and expectations.
  • Assist the category teams in implementing procurement strategies and initiatives within your designated category.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier assessments and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that suppliers adhere to contractual agreements and terms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • 5 years’ experience in the same Field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English
