A leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced professional to direct contract analysis, improve finance department policies, and manage invoicing compliance. Candidates should have a Master's in Accounting, experience in law, and strong accounting knowledge. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to shape finance and accounting practices.
1. Improve Finance and Accounting Department Policy and implement controls and procedures such that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled.
2. Conduct post-implementation analysis of policies and procedures and recommend appropriate changes.
3. Verify and ensure the invoices for payment and change orders are in compliance with the contract rates, and company policies and procedures. Also, establish contract verification processes.
4. Arbitrate on Petro Rabigh’s behalf in instances of contracts' financial part disputes.
5. Evaluate alternative cost provisions for contracts' financial part negotiations.
6. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Head of Management Accounting
1. MS, BBA in Accounting
2. Experience in Law
3. 6 years of related work experience
4. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial theory, principles and practices
5. Strong knowledge in ERP Systems (SAP Financial Applications)
6. Computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Word, and PRC financial packages
