JOB SUMMARY:
Operations Base, a sub-division of Park Operations is the communication hub of all operational communications within Aquarabia Qiddiya City. Managing a team stationed in the Operation's control room, the team manage all daily operational data from reporting status updates such as facility readiness as part of the opening, wait times across the Water Theme Park, as well as serving as the conduit between business functions, connecting departments such as Ride Maintenance, Park Management and Guest Services to make them aware of a ride technical issue in the park and the response required to the occurrence. The operation experiences a high volume of incoming data and is required to communicate this information to relevant stakeholders periodically and as requested.
