Job description

We are looking for multiple experienced Supervisors to join our team, involved in large-scale construction projects delivering critical infrastructure across Australia.

What is the role?

This role involves managing and maximising the day-to-day operations of crews while overseeing large-scale vegetation clearance programs for our clients. These projects are complex, involve industrial-scale machinery, and require the highest standards of safety, delivery, and environmental/quality compliance. You will be supported by a strong, professional, and experienced team.

Responsibilities include :

  • Demonstrating strong supervisory skills through effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with safe work practices, policies, and procedures across your crews.
  • Conducting workplace inspections of relevant work areas.
  • Supporting the Operations Manager in formulating, reviewing, and monitoring work programs.
  • Facilitating effective communication, information flow, procedures, and records to meet contract and quality requirements.
  • Utilising fleet resources to deliver on the plan.
  • Supporting the team to achieve delivery and productivity targets.
  • Liaising with other departments to meet business objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to environmental and quality standards.

Your success will be defined by your energy, proactive approach, and problem-solving mindset. Experience in a project environment is advantageous but not essential.
