Responsibilities

• Supervise Battery Breaking and Crystallization Plant.
• Manage manpower & production activities.
• Monitor & manage inventory & raw materials.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operations.
• Issue periodic production reports to the plant manager.
• Check product quality with quality control.
• Coordinate with maintenance regarding equipment condition.

About the role:

The work of Supervisor, Crusher Production is responsible for overseeing daily operations within their designated department or team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves leading a team of employees, monitoring performance, providing guidance and training, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

You will be responsible for:

• Supervise Battery Breaking and Crystallization Plant
• Manage manpower & production activities, plans & schedules of the plant.
• Monitor & manage the inventory & the usage of raw materials and WIP materials throughout the full process.
• Ensure that Standard Operations are strictly followed
• Responsible in the operation of PRT. Plant
• Issue periodic production reports showing downtime, overtime, shutdown, cost to the plant manager.
• Make improvement in the process to achieve ISO 2015 Standards
• Check product quality and coordinate with the quality control to ensure that product meets the standard specifications
• Coordinate with maintenance about equipment condition for repair or replacement
• Ensure that production works are carried out within the company’s health & safety guidelines.
• Mechanical production Diploma Degree, Production.
• 3 years’ experience supervision with degree.
