A leading water theme park is seeking a Lifeguard Manager to oversee safety and operations of aquatic attractions. Responsibilities include managing lifeguard personnel, ensuring guest safety, and maintaining high standards of service. Ideal candidates will possess management experience and relevant certifications in water safety and recreation.

Ensure the safety of all guests and colleagues within and visiting Aquarabia Water Theme Park, with a commitment to zero drownings and loss of life due to drowning.
Coordinate with Managers and Assistant Managers of Aquatics on the overall operation and performance of the park, focusing on the Aquatics Department.
Oversee daily operations and management of all 22 aquatic attractions, including inspection, staffing, training, performance, and operation.
Manage the Lifeguard team, including performance management, mentorship, training, scheduling, and daily responsibilities.
Ensure guest safety and satisfaction in line with standards set by the Aquatics Risk Management, Qiddiya, and Aquarabia's values and standards.
Respond to medical emergencies within scope of certification and training.
Assist guests with lost parties, children, and property.
Support other departments as needed, including Six Flags Theme Park.
Maintain cleanliness of all guest and colleague areas, including non-aquatic areas.
Participate in public relations and marketing activities to promote the park.
Represent Aquarabia Water Theme Park during internal and external audits related to park operations and aquatic operations.
Liaise with other departments to ensure guest and colleague satisfaction.
Work scheduled shifts on holidays, weekends, and outside regular hours as required, including trainings, meetings, and events.
Meet physical requirements such as standing for prolonged periods, working in various environmental conditions, performing physical inspections, and rescue techniques, including swimming and diving.
Ensure the park is a fun environment for guests, colleagues, and oneself.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years in the attraction/recreational industry, with 2 years in the Middle East and/or international settings. Previous management experience (supervisor/team leader). Experience in activities like canyoneering, kayaking, dragon boat, white water rafting, surfing, rock wall climbing, ziplining, or equivalent.
Skills: Hold ILTP Lifeguard and/or Instructor License or equivalent. Certifications related to rafting, canyoneering, surfing, rock climbing, water slides, and pools. Proficient in Microsoft Office and attraction management IT systems.
