Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Air Compressor Expert to join our dynamic team. As an Air Compressor Expert, you will play a key role in remotely monitoring and adjusting customer compressor systems to ensure they operate efficiently and to resolve system issues, working alongside a talented group of professionals to disrupt the infrastructure world. Responsibilities- Monitor customer sites for issues or optimization opportunities.
- Use your compressed air expertise to guide:
- L3 support team in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- System engineers in system design.
- Customer success teams in meetings and problem-solving.
- Sales teams during the sales process.
- Approve deployments during installation based on actual readings versus theoretical measurements and system design.
- Support installation teams and validate captured data.
- Analyze system needs and design control strategies to optimize operation.
- Support Customer Success with insights, technical calls, kickoff meetings, and presale discussions.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience in:
- On-site optimization of compressed air systems
- Compressed air system design
- Control strategy and master controller implementation
- Conducting compressed air audits with clear recommendations
- Defining and implementing control strategies in master control or system design
- Ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-cultural teams
- Willingness to learn new approaches in compressed air management
- Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills
Travel & Work ArrangementsThis is a remote role.
Pay Range$84,200 - $128,000, depending on skills, experience, certifications, and location.
