We’re seeking a visionary architectural leader to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of innovative projects in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious director-level architect to lead high-profile initiatives, who has a strong technical background, working at the forefront of cutting-edge design and development in one of the most dynamic regions in the world.

Our client has over 200 staff across 3 offices and is working on 6 exciting projects in KSA. This office is responsible for project management and business development in KSA. We're looking for a Studio Head to run, manage and maintain this office as its own entity.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a team of 20-25 staff in the Riyadh office.
2. Manage a portfolio of projects and key clients in KSA, enforcing and maintaining overall company standards within the project teams and providing assistance to improve the overall performance of the practice.
3. Business development and marketing of the KSA branch.
4. Day-to-day running of the KSA office.
5. Mentoring and managing staff members.
6. Fee proposals.
7. HR.
8. Project Management.
9. Liaising with senior management and other offices.
10. Financial management.

Requirements:

1. Masters in Architecture and/or Project Management.
2. Minimum of 20 years experience.
3. Previous recent experience in the Middle East region, managing large-scale projects.
4. Demonstrated business development experience.
5. Middle East experience essential.
6. Can be based in UAE or KSA but trips to Saudi are essential.
